About Us

The Center for Nonprofits (CNP) strengthens nonprofits by sharing information, providing training and professional development, and encouraging collaboration to enable a healthy, vibrant community.

We serve staff, volunteers, and boards of area nonprofits and the community seeking to understand, invest in and engage with the sector. We understand the unique needs of time and reources-strapped nonprofits and provide affordable resources for our nonprofit community.

Comprised of experienced executives, nonprofit leaders, consultants, and volunteers, the vision of the CNP is a community in which all nonprofits achieve their highest level of excellence.

The CNP promotes quality and accountability in the nonprofit sector through leadership development and education, including:

Statement of Need

The purpose of this General Education RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified instructors and facilitators with the capacity to design, develop and deliver both live and online courses that support the knowledge and skills nonprofit professionals need to remain relevant and advance in their field, while promoting excellence within their organizations and the communities in which they serve.

Submission Requirements

Proposals for 2017 courses are now being accepted on a rolling basis. The completed proposal must be submitted via our website exclusively. Hard copies will not be accepted.

Notification of Award

Decision letters will be sent via email within two-four weeks of submission.
