The GRAAB Coalition of Bradley County of actively looking to fill five vacancies on our Board of Directors and several Committees. We are also looking to fill the position of Treasurer for the Board of Directors.
Our coalition Committee vacancies include the following: (1) Youth Serving Organizations, (2) Law Enforcement, (3) Religious or Fraternal Organizations, (4) Healthcare and (5) Other Organizations involved in reducing substance abuse. Each representative will be actively involved in organizational activities and introducing strategies to help reduce or eliminate substance among youth and adults. These are all volunteer positions. The mission of our organization is to bring together concerned members of the community and service providers to facilitate lowering the misuse of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs as well as other addictive behaviors in Bradley County by providing effective education, recovery, and support for youth, families, and the community. We are currently addressing the issue of prescription/over the counter drugs and inhalants through the Drug Free Communities Support Program grant.
