The Substance and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), a public agency within the Department of Health and Human Services, is currently accepting applications to support suicide prevention programs on college campuses across the United States. All higher learning institutions are eligible including private and public colleges, rreligious institutions, and community colleges. SAMHSA expects to award up to 21 grants totaling approximately $2.1 million dollars.
Deadine to submit application is November 25, 2008.
